I like the ice maker very much. After I was using it I noticed a small dent on the front and just today I noticed a large dent on the side of the ice maker because I ran my hand over the side and it is sitting next to the refrigerator and not exposed to your view. I am not happy about that at all! Thank goodness it works.

I have had this ice maker for about a month. I think it works very well. It does a pretty good job keeping ice frozen. If it sits for several hours it starts to melt a little on the bottom layer. But it just makes more ice cubes anyway because it just melts into the water below the tray. I love it. It’s a nice supplement. (I added the velcro sticker for the scoop to hang that is seen in the picture.)

We love this ice maker. We did lots of research as there are many choices. it works perfectly and gives us enough ice each day and is particularly helpful when we have guests.

Disappointing - stopped working after a year and a half. The mechanism which moves the ice into the basket seemed to wear out. Replaced it with a similar product by Frigidaire which so far appears better quality: make ice faster, stores ice at colder temperature, and is quieter.

awful. made wet ice and ice doesn't stay frozen. returned it.
