We’ve got pros and cons with this fridge Pros - looks super nice, runs quiet, stays cold, love the 2 options for the handle. One of the biggest reasons I bought this was because of the solid shelves- super bummed to see they are transitioning to wire shelves. Cons - there is a sunken area (pictured) at the back of the fridge that collects loads of water. 1 swipe and it soaked through 5 sheets of paper towel. We just got done with a mold remediation so standing water is a BIG NO for me. This fridge also occasionally makes a funny sound - like ice dropping. I contacted customer support when I first purchased this and did a returnexchange for a new unit. Well….this one has the exact same issues (standing water and funny noise). I’m going to continue to clean the water regularly and hope this unit actually lasts.

Looks great in our new bar area. Lots of space inside and was easy to install. Highly recommend

This is one of two Nipus fridges we ordered for newly finished basement and both arrived damaged. This one had gashes and dents even though some of the areas where damage is, did not show damage to delivery box. Not sure if damage was done before packaged but either way, the item seems to not be of a good quality. It looks exactly like what we needed to finish our space but the amount of damage is hard to look past. Wayfair did offer compensation for the damaged fridge and also damaged door handle. Luckily two door handles are included so we just kept the one that was not damaged. This brand just seems to miss the note on quality items and we will not be ordering this brand again nor do we recommend this fridge.
