I love my Hetty! This is the second one I have had. My first is slightly different and a bit larger version. This one is for my vacation home. I discovered these vacuums when on vacation in Scotland and they were very impressive. In the U.K. most of the hotels use the Henry model. The Hetty makes vacuuming a happy experience with her smile! Don’t let the smile fool you; it’s a great vacuum. Very quiet and great suction that is adjustable on the wand.

I love this vacuum. It’s so cute and the suction is very strong. The size is perfect for my 1 bedroom apartment. The long thin attachment fits in between and under my radiator, and there’s another attachment that cleans my velvet couch very well. The attachments do fall off sometimes while I’m vacuuming, if I move too quickly or roughly. My biggest complaint is that it’s annoying to check if the bag is full. I wish there was a sensor

I love my new little vacuum. It’s the cutest vacuum ever!! After thirty years of fixing my Miele vacuums, I finally switched to a cuter and more powerful vacuum. It sucks like an industrial vacuum. I’m so happy with her.

As of right now I’ve used Hettie twice … carpet floor. It’s strong and the cord roll up is awesome
