The initial conversion kit sent was ordered incorrectly by Wayfair salesperson. When I contacted Wayfair to return it, they said I would be charged...... that is just crazy. When we reordered the second conversion kit, it did not come with the plumbers adhesive as required for the installation of the BBQ Jets. Again, very disappointing. They said purchase it on your own. Really, the part is required for the installation and comes with the kit and they tell me to buy it separately. That's unbelievable and poor customer service.

The conversion kit worked, but we had to buy the correct size hose for our gas connection separately.
