This is the second one sent to us (to replace the first one which was damaged in three places), and this one is also damaged but in a completely different place. Both of these were packaged with the damage already on them, it did not happen during shipping, all shipping materials were intact. I called the company, they told me Wayfair would have to handle it. They did not want to talk to me about quality control problems and showed no interest in this issue. Made in the USA, I was hoping that meant something good. Very disappointing.

Very nice small hood, ordered multiples for a hotel project, only issue is build quality is not consistent.

Great Hood, my customer was super happy with it installed with the modern sleek look. Shipping was an issue as the sleeve did not come in the same shipment.
