No clock and you cant dim the lights. Arent these basic functions of a range hood Description doesnt mention this or I would have never purchased. Too late to return...

I haven’t installed it yet, but I couldn’t find any defects. I powered it up, and everything works as advertised. This is a quality product, and I’m sure it will service us well.

We purchased for our new home. Happy with purchase so far. Will update with a picture and how it works as soon as we move in.

Great looking hood. Very disappointing day paying a contractor $700 to install, it all started with M4 screws to mount the damper was not in the package ( run to friends lumber grab the metric screw) we thought we were cruising everything tucked in light working, control panel lite, wow the fan is really quite,lets to a smoke test. Nothing!!! fan not propelling. I contacted Proline first, they asked me to contact Wayfair, Way fair called proline and asked me to contact pro line again. Reported to proline the problem is the fan motor is getting very hot, but fan is not propelling. they said that the fan cage might have shifted during transport and stated they will sent a replacement blower motor and you would think it will arrive the next day. They sent in a Fedex tracking # which has not moved out of their building. One would think it will be next day air. No it is Fedex Ground. In the meantime, they arranged a technician to install the blower only one called to notify me to decline the job. Again it would have been a great piece of appliance had it worked. Now I have to pay the contractor to take it down.
