It would be nice to have a hinge option for the door.

So, hmm where should I start it’s a long story but I will try to make it short but very true. I ordered this wine chiller to bring a different look to my newly redecorated space in my home. I was so excited about it that I ran out and purchased wine, wine and more wine, cut waters and smaller liquors that would almost fill it up and make it look like it’s a party going on all the time inside of it. Well, it came damaged, a broken piece, wires exposed when you open the door, the wrong manual came with it (totally different wine chiller) and some extra pieces. I called Wayfair and asked for the correct manual, the broken piece and help figuring out where the extra pieces went. They sent out a replacement which was the worse experience I have ever had in my life so bad it brought me to tears (no seriously actual real life wetter than wet tears). The next one came in a water logged/damaged box that smelled awful. At, first I thought it was because the cardboard box was wet but NOPE it had taken on the smell of where ever this item was located before he came to me. I opened the stink fumed damper than damp box only to discover that the thicker than thick glass door was completely shattered every single centimeter of it (it looked like a cracked glass door except it shouldn’t have been). I was livid now it takes A LOT to upset me, push my button or make me a red faced emoji but baby this right here this right here and stomped on my hopes of filling it up with my purchased wine & liquor within 48 hours (seeing as though you have to wait 24 hours before plugging it up in the room you want it to stay in). I called Wayfair once again telling them my sob story while actually sobbing and I was told they would sent out another one. Meanwhile, back at the ranch I was receiving email after email asking for more pictures, to confirm my address and asking if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I’m sorry folks but I thought all that was discussed, taking care of, asked, explained and already freaking done while I was on the phone with a supervisor from Wayfair. Why ask to verify my address when I received the other ones. But, wait it gets different so I received an email that says I received a returned wine chiller that’s right ladies and gents I was sent someone else’s misfit toy. Light bulb oh hah I knew that the smell I was smelling stunk of the item sitting and being in a place of stink (not just a water logged smelly box & definitely not a warehouse smell at all). Just how does one receive a totally damaged un-inspected item… I asked that before it’s resent to me to open it there in the warehouse and double double Dutch rope check it before sending it me. Well, I received my wine chiller yesterday and it came perfect so far so good I can’t plug “him” in as of yet). Oh yeah, yes I did say HE because baby after all the mishaps and spilled water works only a guy could still be wanted so much so in my house to share/occupy my space without any more arguing from me. So, no love at first sight but hopefully I will stay smitten and this third time will be a charm… THE END… Why are y’all still hear nothing left to read? What? Huh? Overall it’s ok. It looks sleek and I like the layout of the wire racks but I had some trouble figuring out how to change the temperature. In fact I still have not figured it out :/ it may be an easy fix but not sure
