[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an all electric dual oven range by another brand with this one. We only chang3d b2csuse we 2anted dual fuel f8r a gas cooktop. We loved our previous convection oven for the ability to.cook 2 completely different dishes at different temperatures and that previous one could hold a full roaster pan 8n the lower oven while cooking other dishes in the upper. The design of this Samsung range makes cooking full meals in the two ovens impossible. With the oven divider in place, the lower oven rack sits too close to the divider to fit anything other than maybe a flat pizza in it. To use the lower oven for anything meaningful you must remove the divider, thus losing the separate upper oven. Net result 8s that you either have a small upper oven or a single large oven. There is no practical way to use this as a double oven. If I could get my old one back I'd live with the glass cooktop and quickly get rid of this Samsung. The engineers who designed this obviously did not understand the intended advantages of a double oven range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this new range for a few months and we love all of the features! We entertain quite a bit, so the double oven comes in very handy. Although I didn't buy it for the Smart things feature, I wouldn't want to go without it now that I've used it.

We bought this in 2021 and thought it looked great in our cabin kitchen once we got it installed. We waited over a year and it came all banged up. Had to have the door replaced and I took the back apart and straightened all the sheet metal. Now that we've had it a while, no so happy with it. The biggest issue is the top oven burns everything, sometimes in just minutes! There is no Conventional Bake option for the top oven, which stinks, so we rarely use it and it's really just a single oven for us. Other things we don't like is the front right burner. Too big and too much heat for most things. We also do not like how any time you touch the door handle or bump the dial which is in a bad spot, it wakes up and waits for you to hit Start. We are forever hitting the Off button. We have a dual-fuel double oven KitchenAid from 2012 in our main home and it has none of these issues and has been great. Was hoping for the same experience from Samsung.

Mostly a great oven. Do not think of trying the Air Fry mode on anything with drippings. Cooked a Turkey and had a drip pan under it. The fan from the air fry mode blew all the juices out of the pan and covered the entire inside of the oven and completely smoked the entire house out. It took 3 hrs to clean the oven. A bit ridiculous. Also the temp probe function does not work in duo flex mode, only single oven mode. What is the point of duo flex if I cant use it with the probe? I thought that was the two features that this oven was boasting about... dual oven and air fry. well they missed the ball on this one.
