Top Load Dryer DVE54M8750V/AC

Complicated. Can't get it to spin effectively. Clothing stays wet. Does not remove enough water from them. To slow. I am returning it.

Had this washer for less than 2 years and it won’t complete spin cycle. Was told it needed a new clutch, but out of warranty of course. Also, the matching dryer had to be repaired last year, but luckily it was under warranty. Samsung appliances are sub par, had to get ice machine repaired on fridge within a year as well. All purchased brand new.

this is the worst washer i have ever owned. after a year old it started having dirt build up at the bottom of the washer. it makes cloths dirtier rather than cleaner. we've taken it apart, cleaned the drum, and run the self cleaner wash often. and it still leave cloths with a dirt film. do not wash anything white or light colored in this washer.

so disappointed with this product and samsung. i will never buy a samsung product again and i will tell all my friends and family to stay away from samsung. i bought this product less than 2 years ago and the washer has completly died. had service tech come out and paid them $125 to tell us the control board is bad and it is $600 to replace it. called samsung and the representive told me i should have bought an extended warranty on it. yes its my fault that i didnt but i thought the product would last more than 2 years for the $1000+ i spent on them. i will replace this product with a better brand and stay clear from samsung and never buy any of their products ever again

forget about it -- save yourself money, time and grief. washer is not even one year old and already experiencing major breakdown. on top of that, got the runaround from samsung care on providing proof of purchase. first they told me document submitted was good -- 4 hours later, not good enough. wasted entire day and now i've been without a washer for 4 days. samsung may take a week to get someone over to service my washing machine. this appliance -- thought large in size and capacity -- cannot handle large loads. if you try that, guarantee it will slowly start to break down. first adventure with a samsung appliance and for sure the last.
