This purchase knocked my socks off! It made my carpet in my apartment of 8 years look brand new. I feel this purchase paid for itself within the first use vs a professional cleaning. In some areas it may take 2 uses. I plan to try it to deep clean my couch next. I love it!

I have carpet that is 25 years old. I have 3 large dogs and a cat. We live where the mud and snow are always an issue. This carpet cleaner pulls up dirt I think was from when they originally installed it. We had forgotten the blue color of the carpet till we cleaned.

I didn’t even get to get my entire house done before it stopped sucking up any water. It did great until it didn’t. I reported the issue.. went through the many many steps Shark Ninja has you do and still no luck. I put in a help ticket over a week ago and still no help. Just a useless carpet wetting device. I’ve had just about every brand and never had this luck or bad service.

This is a great carpet cleaner that's easy to use and maneuver, and it's done a great job at getting out some stubborn stains (with some pre-treatment). Used it on my whole house for the first time yesterday, and everything is noticeably cleaner. Contrary to what some other reviews said, it did a great job of picking up the water from the carpet, but it does require a second pass on "Dry Only" to do so. However, it is an absolutely painful experience to fill the clean water tank and empty the dirty water tank as often as you need to. The tanks are just too darn small. The dirty water tank is especially frustrating because it needs to be emptied when it's only half full, and the basket to catch the hair and larger particulates requires you to get in there with your fingers and manually remove it, meaning you have to touch all this super gross carpet detritus instead of it being removable or rinseable. Additionally, it does have some issues with thicker medium-pile carpet. There were numerous times the vacuum stopped in its tracks in areas that haven't been frequently trafficked on (e.g. corners, under the bed, places with furniture, etc.). I was still able to get it done with frequent off/on power cycles, but it was rather annoying.

This is a great investment that I would buy again! The handle is designed perfectly, it's super easy to use, has great suction, and does an amazing job cleaning in 2 passes or less. We didn't even realize how dirty the carpet was until we used this. I do wish the water containers could hold more, but it is what it is. Highly recommend
