I received it a couple of weeks ago. It does a great job cleaning up spills and old stains. The only reason why I did not rate it with 5 stars is that the hose is not removable and as such cannot be replaced.

I bought this machine about a month ago. I absolutely love this little carpet cleaner!! It cleans so well, love the scrub brush and the trigger. And then picks up almost all the water. The carpet was completely dry within a few hours.
