Perfect, Great size and design

I received my Smith & Hanks mini fridge on October 27th with a damaged door seal. It looks like the seal wasn't seated properly when manufacturing and now it is permanently deformed. I immediately wrote to Smith & Hanks to see if they could ship me a new door seal, as it is an easy thing to replace, I never received any replies from Smith&Hanks. So I called Wayfair, I got great friendly service from Wayfair, they told me they would contact Smith&Hanks to get a new door seal sent to me. It's been 2 months now and I keep receiving updates from Wayfair that my replacement part hasn't shipped yet and that the delivery date is pushed... I also have this message in on my order page «The window to return or replace the item is closed». So it has been running like this for 2 months, the fridge is able to keep its temperature, but there is a cold air draft coming out of the right side door, so it is oubviously wasting energy and this could easily be resolved with an easy part to replace that I just can't get my hands on, because of the total absence of service from Smith&Hanks. I needed a 30inch wide mini fridge for my kitchen reno and those are really hard to find. Although this one is quite expensive when compared to a more popular 24inch size fridge, it seemed like a good deal for a 30inch and it looks good too. But if luck isn't on your side and it doesn't arrive in perfect condition it will become both a waste of electric and your personal energy... and a lot of money if I end up never getting that door seal.
