I really like this vent however I bought it in April and opened it today July 17 because my kitchen is finally in the final stage and placing appliances. Very disappointed to open and have it dented. Would appreciate the opportunity to replace with the same item not dented . Please help.

Nice unit. Relatively easy to install with 2 people. 1st unit damaged and refunded. 2nd unit better but still some hidden cosmetic damage to the hood. Hood could be thicker metal to prevent this, and QC needs better eyes out the door. Wayfair refused to refund or replace after 30 days due to delays unpacking and noticing dents from screw installation. Manufacturer honored the replacement so pleased with StreamLine.
