I usually love ordering from Wayfair and their products. Not this time.As you can see in this picture I ordered the 7.0 cubic feet freezer, model # 440017110. I received the 5.0 cubic feet freezer model # 440016110. The next day I emailed and sent pictures about receiving the wrong freezer size. I thought this would be a quick fix, mistakes happen. I’m highly disappointed in Wayfair’s customer service and the need to go back and forth in emails asking for additional pictures and measurements of this freezer before they can precede to help. Clearly you see in pictures the model # is wrong.Checking my order clearly it states the 7.0 cubic feet was ordered. What’s the holdup Wayfair? This was your mistake and yet I feel I’m being given the runaround to correct this.

I brought this to upgrade to a bigger deep freezer. The deep freezer that I have now is a 5.0 I bought this 7.0 and it is way smaller than my 5.0 and then I try to return it and it’s nonrefundable. Very disappointing! And then when I tried to contact someone and customer support, they sent me a text and I can’t even return the text. It says it says not delivered.

It is much smaller than I expected but it works well. Doesn’t take much space at all.

This deep freezer is the perfect size for my apartment! It sits comfortably next to my counter top and looks just adorable! I can’t wait to fill it up with my favorite foods and desserts!
