WORST ROBOT VACUUM EVER. I had two Eufy robot vacuums that randomly died, so I decided to upgrade. What a mistake. Does this vacuum pick up dirt Sure. But not any better than my previous vacuums. And it doesn’t even cover the entire house. It’ll only focus on a small section of the house. The mop feature is a joke. You have to manually guide the vacuum the entire time. What’s the point if it can’t detect carpet from floor I might as well mop the floor myself with the inefficiency of this vacuum. The sensor is horrible. It gets stuck in things a sensor should pick up immediately, or it’ll just keep running into something that it can easily back up out of, and it’ll just stay there running until the battery dies. When it does alert you (rarely) that it’s stuck, you can barely hear it, not even over a fan. The remote control is barely responsive and you have to be super close and pointing it directly at the vacuum for it to respond. You can’t hold down a button to make it turn. You have to keep pressing it over and over, and the angle of turns is frustrating, to say the least. The battery lasts maybe an hour of you’re lucky. It’s also horrible at finding the charging dock when it needs to recharge. This thing literally couldn’t leave a tiny bedroom to recharge. It kept going back and forth over the same spots until o had to literally pick it up and put it on the dock myself. I’ve never had an appliance incite so much anger in me. This was a colossal waste of money. Don’t bother.
