The hood is a nice sleek addition to my kitchen. I'm still trying to get used to the gesture-control feature - it seems to respond better to really fast hand movements. Honestly will probably just end up using the buttons to make this work - it also comes with a remote though I'm not sure why I would need to work the vent or light from afar. You can adjust the lighting but the only way I figured out how to do this is by holding the light button down - can't figure out how to do it with just gestures! The light is really nice and bright however, so this is a plus in general.

So far its great! We have had it installed (husband did it with his friend) for about 1 month. It is fairly quiet but really powerful on the highest level. Ive noticed. I haven't even had to use the highest level yet. The light is super bright. I wish there was more than one level to the light though. It was fairly easy and straightforward to unstall. The problem we had was our vent hole was smaller than the stencil overlay so we didnt know what to do initially. We figured it out, had to cut the hole! It worked out. So far we are very happy with it. We have open concept kitchen and smells do not float upstairs anymore! That was my major qualm with the over ranger microwave hood. All the smells would float upstairs. Now I dont have that issue!

I love my new hood range! It looks so professional high end while still being affordable. I love the hands free sensors while I’m cooking and the fan exhaust is powerful, while not being too loud. It even comes with a remote.

Love the look of this modern exhaust fan. I love the fact that it’s motion control and activated. It’s easy to control the panel without touch the button which is awesome. All you need to do is wave your hand from left (Low) to right (higher power) and move your hand all the way to the left sensor to turn off the exhaust fan. The only drawback is the light switch, you will need to press on the light switch manually to turn on or off. The light function is not motion sensor. The grease panel is easy to remove to clean. The installation took us a while to get it install. We do the hardwire. Overall, it’s a good buy if you double might to manual touch the light button to turn it on/off. Otherwise, I don’t have any complaints.
