Easy to assemble and to use. I love it!

Well so for it seem to wash alright but after 2 loads the pins holding it together came out and the covers for the screws some how came out it didnt seem to be moving around at all so Im not to sure whats going King on or if its gonna get any worse Ill have to get rid of it

I got it put together and will now be using in the next few days. Like I saw someone else state the printed directions were a little confusing.

It worked great up until now.The plastic stand broke and now I can’t use it. I want it replaced or a refund. These plastic knobs completely broke off.

Super convenient for our apartment living. If you have the patience, you can definitely wash any piece of clothing, towel or sheets in small batches. It’s definitely saved us a lot of money and kept us away from the shared laundry in our building. For the price though, I’m disappointed in the quality of the machine. Right from assembly, we were disappointed on the cheap plastic. Bits and pieces have already cracked off.

I ordered this during the COVID-19 crisis, and it took a very long time to get as it was out of stock for a long time. But, I am very happy with the purchase. As a PWD, I didn't like going downstairs into the basement of my building to do laundry - even before COVID. It's very efficient, and very little soap is needed! It is as efficient as a full size electric washing machine. Pretreat stains as you normally would before washing. Now I can wash nearly everything in my apartment, I have only had to go to the laundromat down the street once to dry towels. Lighter items, even jeans can be hung dry! I'm getting a spin dryer to accompany the washer. No more laundromat except for very large items like bedspreads from here on in!

Been using for more than a year. Great for hand washable. No washer in my apartment so I use this instead. Does a great job in 5 minutes.

I was able to fit 2 dog blankets, 2 dog sweaters and a dog jacket in the portable washer, it did somewhat wash, however I had to manually rinse in a large tub to ensure the soap washed out, and wringing out the water had to be done by hand. Instead of spending so much, I should have stuck with a bucket to was my dogs things
