The ad is VERY misleading and the extension costs another 250. It was opened by my contractor more than 30 days after I ordered so I was stuck with this one. Customer service was no help. Finding the extension was like a scavenger hunt, minus the fun.

This is 2 separate parts. The top potion of the hood comes separately. The ad is misleading.

I'm pleased with the range hood however the image that I viewed when deciding to make the purchase showed a segment of chimney with the hood so I thought that it would have one included and that longer ones could be purchased if needed. This leaves me with a problem having already spending almost $800.00 and not really wanting to spend more on this item.

Do to the lack of parts I have not been able to finish the instalation.

It just arrived and not yet installed, but we’ll packed and arrived on time.
