Cooking on this restaurant-grade unit after toiling on a 30” cooktop Since 1996 is like going from a rowboat to a yacht. Incredibly spacious and powerful 6-burner gas top above a super wide convection oven that’s big enough for two turkeys and a pan of stuffing. Even heating. WARNING: The first week I cooked on the new stove, I burned a few items because of the BTUs this will crank out. Took a little trial and error, but I mastered it. Fantastic appliance, and we got it for half what similar units cost. Absolutely recommend!

This range is not only beautiful for incredibly substantial and sturdy. I've enjoyed cooking with it every day since they did the LP conversion. It should be noted that while this range can be converted from natural gas to liquid propane, it will cost you an additional $80. The kit is only available through the manufacturer, so expect a week in additional time for the parts.
