On my main floor we recently remodeled our kitchen moving our stove to an island location and needed an island hood that could be converted to ductless conversion. Great style, sleek, modern look. The lighting is strategically placed and the fan ran quiet; the stainless steel baffle filter is easy to clean. Highly recommend!

The fan for over the stove looks awesome! It came in a timely manner. I have no idea how to put it together or put it up. But it looks very sturdy and looks as though it should last a good amount of time.

I am redoing my kitchen and got a call from my contractor that the display screen on the hood vent was broken and not usable. I talked to Wayfair about getting a replacement. First they tried to order me a part that I’d have to install or pay to have someone fix. Then they tried to give me 20 back to keep the broken hood vent as is and not useable. At that point I told them just to refund me so I am waiting to see that money back in my account. I paid extra for rush delivery. Now I am without the money so far, out shipping, without a working hood vent and have lost confidence that Wayfair will stand behind the stuff they sell. Very disappointed all the way around.
