Product looks great. Not completely installed yet, but had multiple issues when I received the product. First one arrived in a shipping box that was completely intact, but both chimney sections were bent. Wayfair sent a replacement unit since the manufacturer could not send just the chimney. The second unit arrived with the lower chimney section bent as well. Packing in the box seemed to suffer no abuse either. Wayfair may want to have a talk with their shipping partners. Both boxes were delivered on our porch tipped sideways. I can hide the bent section of the second unit. Based on how these were bent, I think this occurred during packing at the manufacturer.
