It worked fine for a year and a half and now just stopped heating the food completely. The manual does not give troubleshooting for this problem either. I've never had a microwave so working in a year and a half.

This microwave has NOT worked properly from day 1. There were times it wouldn't operate using programmed times (not quick start buttons). It would make alarm type sounds and shut off. Most recently (TODAY) I tried to program it for 15 seconds and when I touched "start" tiny sparks went off and it continued to run for the 15 seconds. The item did not heat at all. After trying again, still no luck with heat. Finally unplugged the unit and let it sit for a few minutes, plugged it back in and it worked again. Purchased this unit BRAND NEW in NOVEMBER of 2020!!!! This is unacceptable!!! We take very good care of our appliances. Please please please save yourself the hassle and do NOT purchase this microwave!!!

I realize that the keypad is not illuminated, however, I should not have to shine a flashlight on it to see the #'s etc. This has got to be a product defect.

We were using this microwave to heat up some water and fire sparks were shooting out. We quickly unplugged. Now searching for a new microwave oven. Only had this for 2 years with minimal use. It's used in our office but only person uses it everyday.

I bought this back in 2019. I recently used it and it didn't warm the food at all. I tried again and that time it worked. I assumed that is was a random occurrence. I went to use it today, tried 3 times and it never warmed the food.
