Do not understand the plastic edge bottoms. It does not allow cleaning of the corners 2and seams to spread the dirt and the pad does not sit all the way on the floor. Terrible cleaning job. Spread the dirt and I did sweep vacuum and dust the floor before using.

Works ok. Doesnt trap dust well. Once it gets wet, it just pushes it around in clumps that I have to pick up after mopping.

Truly a delight to clean my home

Steams well, and is easy to handle.

Just tried using this for the first time and the unit won't steam. tried calling customer service but they are not open on weekends. very disappointed, hoping Customer service will be able to assist or replace the defective unit
