This range was purchased for my condo on the beach and I was very excited for its arrival. However, I still have not been able to use it! When it was installed the top burners worked, oven light and fan all worked. The oven did not heat. It was delivered in April and it is now July but I am still going back and forth with the manufacturer. The only way to even get help is through email. And when I first reached out they kept trying to place blame on my outlet. We tried the oven on two separate outlets that had working ovens and the range did the same thing each time. Definitely NOT the outletpower supply! They are slow walking the fix and have actually told the repair man not to fix it if he found the problem. Its been an absolute nightmare. I would not run the risk of this happening again and will never do business with this company again. The repair man told me most servicemen wont touch these units. I also feel like they intentionally slowed the process down so I had no recourse with Wayfair.

Had trouble getting it to work. However, it’s great for small apartment living was the professional fixed it.

Great stove and oven, delivery took longer than originally scheduled.
