Hi there, in regards to my order #2420442905 (Vesta 800 CFM Wall Mount Range Hood), I'm very unsatisfied with the product. It looked like a great product and now that my contractor has fully installed it and left, the clock on it runs too fast. I keep resetting the clock and it still runs faster than normal clock time. I asked my contractor and he's going to charge me $500 to uninstall it and reinstall a new one. At this point I will not be returning it but I'd like to see if there is any recommendation on what I should do to fix this huge inconvenience for my family and myself.
