Great brand with great customer service. We use these in spec homes and they are good quality and clients never have anything bad to say about them

The price of this vent hood was great and shipping was fast. I bought it to take advantage Of a sale but it won’t be installed for three more months so can’t really comment on the rest yet. We are building a new home and will try to come update once we move in and use it.

Great product and quality everything that I expected

OK overall I love the look and function of this range hood. I had to make a couple modifications to my hood box for it to sit in there properly bc it was just barely too narrow to rest on the ledges of the box. Fine, no big deal. It is a powerful hood (we used ductless) and super simple to setup (basically just plug it in). All the parts to it were inside of it when we opened the box and everything carefully protected by foam and easy to pull out. Super simple to convert filter for ductless use. The light is very bright. It’s not my favorite look being that bright, but it’s extremely useful when cooking. It’s very loud in settings above 2, but it works amazingly to clear the air. It’s gorgeous, makes you feel like you’re in a chefs kitchen and we’ve gotten several compliments on it. I mainly picked this because all of the buttons and lights are on the bottom and accessible from my box. Maybe my favorite part is the remote! I’m too short to reach it so I love the remote!! And my husband’s favorite is the Motion sensor. Why did I rate it a 3 We can’t figure out how to keep the grates in!!! They sit in there fine until you turn the filter on and then the blower moves them just slightly and we learned this by them literally falling on our heads and in our food on the stove one by one, splashing hot oil on anyone and anything nearby. Maybe we missed something I’m going to try magnets to keep them in but I feel like I shouldn’t have to do that. I’d still recommend it for the price point and all the pros, and I hope the magnets work-if they do, I think we’ll be very happy with it.
