The replacement wine fridge arrived damaged again. It has a dent on the top frame which indicates it’s been dropped. The door hinge screws are stripped so the door is too loose. I am not accepting this fridge. It is not in good working condition.

It’s only been a few weeks since the unit has been installed but so far it’s been perfect. Quality build all the way around from the solid soft close door hinges to the smooth sliding racks. The refrigeration is close to silent. I can’t find anything wrong with it
