The Westbrass HotMaster Digihot tank dispenses instant hot water for food, beverage and cleansing operations. The dispenser faucet instantly provides water at the 6 preset temperatures selected during installation. The unit’s fixed spout design, and dual lever handles rotates for hot and cold water. Digihot faucets, are ideal for kitchens or bars; or any location requiring a source of constant, fast, hot water. Water reheats using a superfast 1500 Watt element, which is separated from the water by a stainless steel plate to prevent element corrosion. The tank is laser welded, 304 stainless steel for superior longevity. The dry-start float and the over-heat protector are also stainless steel to prevent off taste and odours caused by copper sulphate compounds. The non-pressurized bladder system prevents catastrophic tank failures. On/off control button is designed for vacation or down time.
