quality is poor - box indicates made in china - it looks as if they took old burners and quickly sandblasted them and resprayed them without even bothering to clean the surface of the residual grit. We may keep them as they do look better then the grates we are replacing but if you can find better quality elsewhere its probably worth the extra $
