Unfortunately, this purchase has been nothing but a headache. I’m about two weeks since this was delivered and I haven’t been able to use it because the pump doesn’t work. I’ve reached out to the company numerous times and at this point they have not been very helpful in resolving the problem. I tried to get an exchange through Wayfair since this ice maker hasn’t worked at all, but Wayfair only sent me to the manufacture. At this point, I wouldn’t think of buying this ice maker again, but at this point I’m stuck. Hopefully I can get this fixed and useable.
