Before/After photos. We're out of the 90's. Unit is quiet (for a fan) and easy to see into living room compared to old unit. Even though there's the glass top, it looks/stays pretty clean (which was my concern). Light is really bright but not as warm as I would like but that's just me. My husband likes it bright since he's the cook. Now just new countertops/stovetop.

Looks good. We are using the charcoal filters and not venting to the outside. Have not officially used it yet. Fan is a little loud, not sure if it would be quiter if vented. We used the shortest height and it was awful to put in. With this modification the screws dont fall into place like they should. Also the main screws to hold it to the ceiling should be torque screws. We had to take them out a couple times and ended up having to replace the Phillips head screws that it came with.

This is a beautiful hood. Ours was defective, however. Turned it on and it sounded like our house was going to take off. My husband contacted Wayfair and they shipped us a new one and didn’t want the old one back. They are super accommodating and makes us want to continue to shop Wayfair.
