The size is ok but then when you begin to use this product it vibrates too much and causes the bin inside to come off the axel. I think the control dial should have been placed outside the lid. While washing it backs up in the drain hose provided on the side.

I got the off-white portable mini-washer. It does a good job, is high efficiency, has a strong motor, and has a blue LED light that kills bacteria and eliminates odors during washing. Thsts good. It is also small, and fits nicely under my kitchen sink. However, the exterior plastic on the mini-washer is pretty cheap, and I hope it will hold up with no problems. Also, during washing, water backs up into the upright hose attached to the machine. So it is best to use it in a sink, tub, or shower, and be sure it sits securely on a flat surface. As for the spinner-- I have had this machine for three months, but cannot figure out how to use the spinner to really do the job right. So I finally gave up on it. I hand-wring excess water out of each clothing item, and hang it up to dry on a clothes drying rack placed near a slightly open window, with a little breeze flowing in. In 24 hours, all the clothing is completely dry, and very nice and clean. At first, I thought of returning this mini-washer, and trying a similar one with a spinner, to see if it might work better. But after reading many reviews on many different mini-washers with spinners-- I could not find a single one without the same complaint about spinners. They just dont seem to work right. So anyway, my mini-washer does a great job of washing small loads, saves many trips and money spent at the apt. building laundromat, downstairs, and fits conveniently under my kitchen sink. I am older, in my 70s, so this is very helpful for me.
