4 stars instead of 5 only because Wayfair initially shipped the wrong model. However they made it very easy to exchange it for the correct model which was delivered promptly. Item has attractive styling & seems to be of excellent quality.

This hood is terrific. We’ve had it a few months now and are very pleased. It’s got a lot of power. It’s quiet on the lower settings but, naturally, louder on the higher settings. Light has two settings. Looks sleek too.

Was a little tricky to install - reaching the screws like others mentioned, but not impossible. Definitely need two people. It’s been in place now for a couple months. The “Quiet” is still loud. We’ve cranked it up to full speed and can still smell food downstairs when cooking upstairs, but it seems like the smells don’t linger as long. Anyway, it’s an improvement from our venting microwave. Wish there was a way to turn off the fan separately from the lights - if you turn off the fan, the lights turn off too and then you need to turn them back on again separately.
