Was not wanting to keep this range hood. When first receiving it, I thought it was too bulky for the space. We have high ceilings and I could not find the right extension. I tried returning it but missed the 30 day window, due to us remodeling and the installation took some time to happen. When it was taken out, we saw it had been in the box with a don't on the front the whole time! Luckily Wayfair was great to deal with and gave me a 20% refund on the price, which made me feel a bit better about the whole thing. I still would not recommend this range hood, it is very loud. It does the job but I was hoping for a quieter vent hood.
