My product came damaged The covers for the vent are both bent badly. There was no damage to the box, but the product packed deep inside is very bent.

Very sleek piece. Matched my LG black stainless appliances perfect. The design allows for my backsplash to shine through.

Purchased oven hood for kitchen remodel. Item has dent and scratch on the front of the unit. The damage was not discovered until after the contractor installed and removed all of the protective film.

Installed it and am using the carbon filters. Finding the right filters was a bit tricky so I just ordered them online. Love the look of it, but installation took quite a bit longer than expected and we had to add some wood against the wall inside the flu to secure the top. I still asked don’t think I have hiked in the carbon filters right-i have one in each side of the motor-they are round and not carried at HD or Lowe’s. You have to open the 3 panels in the underneath side to get access to where the filters need to go.

Looks great! I wanted something smaller to show off my tile backsplash and I have a low ceiling so I needed something that could be mounted shorter than most. Just installed so I haven't used it yet but the look of it is great!
