Got this around 3 years ago. it does boil water very fast. but thats about it as far as a pro. heres my experience. We cook a lot as a family of 6. 1. regardless of the size of the burner this really only heats up 4" inches in the middle of every pan. (ive tried many) enclosed are pics of pans.... you can see how it only heats up the middle regardless of the size or type of pan. 2. If you spill water or something boils over, it just randomly turn off all burners because of the touch sensors. 3. there is no replacement for the glass if you crack it. like many other manufacturers. I also want to note I have all Zline appliances. double wall oven, fridge , cooktop and Dishwasher. they look fantastic. but they all kinda suck as far as durability. while customer service response it great. the quality and durability is lacking severely in this whole line.

Size of magnets are much smaller than the burner sizes indicated, very disappointed.

Shipment was great! Quick, email follow-up was great, and doesn't appear to be damaged. Haven't gotten the chance to install just yet (within the next week) but we did un-box it and it is beautiful. Going in a new-build so we ran a specific line for the power consumption from the description. No problems there.
