Sadly, I’ve only used about 10 times in 18 months because the programming and start is so difficult. Now it won’t reset or start at all. Too late to send this piece of trash back.

This is a statement piece and looks both modern and classic at the same time. It's a piece that is both elegant and functional and I am very pleased with this purchase.

The customer service with this company is wonderful. I gave this range a three out of five because within the first year, the preheat indicator light went out. About two years after that, the element in the oven arcs and caught fire. My husband was able to replace the part. The stove top is not enamel, it’s a black paint and I would have preferred a porcelain top so it would be easier to clean without damaging the surface. I have used this stove for at least seven years now and I’m still quite happy with it however, I have noticed some rust under parts of the greats and the little caps that go over the flame. I can honestly say the customer service makes me confident with the Product and I know I can keep it going. I enjoy the dual fuel option and 36 inches of Cook space

Unfortunately, we’ve had lots of problems with our ZLINE Dual Fuel Range. The oven still doesn’t keep the temp stable even after multiple people came to try to fix this and multiple other problems.
