Very flimsy - it stopped working the same day. While it was working, this def did not seem like a 700 CFM power

I like the looks and the function of hood and the simple push buttons. No timers or useless electronics. The hood came with a couple of interesting dents. One on the side and is hidden by the cabinet. The other was an outward dent that could not have happened after it was packed. Easy fixes so no complaints.

We are experiencing delays in our new cabinets being installed, so I will repost a picture once the exhaust hood is hung. I purchased this hood because it will be easy to construct a wood frame around the unit, as the frame can sit on top of the base of the hood, exposing only the bottom rim (with the control buttons). That should give us the desired style at a fraction of the cost of a premade wood exhaust unit.

Kind of retro look and feel. You can put spices on top of the hood because it is completely flat, if that’s your thing. The suction is not as powerful as I hoped but for the price point, you get what you get. Maybe too many buttons to cycle through, i.e. you could push one button 3 times to go from low, medium or high power. FYI, low/medium power are kind of useless and the highest setting is loud.
