I bought this stove 2 weeks ago. I'm happy with it for the most part expect for the "stainless steel " finish on the front of the range. It's so hard to clean. It never looks shiny and a little scratched even though I am so careful with it. I don't think it's real stainless steel like my old GE stove. We picked out the oven/range we wanted, a gas top with electric ovens. It arrived on time but near the end of the installation process, the installer told us that the item had gas ovens. By this time we were already into almost $500 Canadian for a gas tech to fit the conversions kit and connect it up. I tried to call someone at Wayfair to discuss the replacement and financial issues, but was unable to reach them. I have been told by email that I have to eat the wasted installation costs, despite that it is clearly Wayfair's fault. This is pretty poor customer service - I pay for their mistakes. the range itself is fine, oven works, stove works. Wayfair was pretty terrible. first they gave me a delivery window, so i scheduled my contractor after the window, and the range didn't arrive until a full week after the last day of the window so i had to reschedule the contractor. Then it arrived without a power chord (CHeck this if you are buying for canada the spec says POWER CHORD: YES), so i contacted them, annoyed because the powerchord itself costs $25 dollars but getting an appliance person to install it is $200, and i wasn;t about to try to install high voltage electronics on a stove myself. i asked for them to reimburse me for the tech's time, and they said no, i asked for contact for a tech who would service this brand (there aren't very many) but they said they couldn't. They said they could send me the chord in the mail for 2 weeks from when i complained. I said fine. One week later they sent an email saying the "replacement part i requested is not available" so they cancelled it. terrible service, has cost me hundreds of dollars extra and 3 weeks more of having my kitchen without a stove. I purchased this range to replace a 10-year-old unit from a well-known high-end competitor that I was throwing money at trying to get the oven repaired. Until I started researching a replacement, I was not aware of all the features that were available now on a professional gas range. The features of the TRG3601LP that stood out to me was the large oven capacity (6.0 cu. ft.), self-cleaning, temperature probe, and air fry. The unit looks great as you can see from the photo.
