It came today, September 24, 2024, and I gave it the hard-boiled egg test. I boiled the egg for 10 minutes and it was the same as before with the regular coils. My wife came home, cooked a meal and that was great too, she didn't see any difference. Maybe it's because we don't usually put the burners on high anyway, maybe just on boiling eggs. We haven't tested the oven yet since it only arrived today. We wanted a simple stove, the least electronic panel as possible. There are no surge protectors for stoves, perhaps that's why reviews I've seen on all electronic control panel stoves get a poor rating. We’ve had this stove installed since April. This stove is so beautiful. We love this stove in every way except 1. The knobs are very hard to read (black on black) . Once I learn them it will be easier but until them I’m using a grill light to be able to see the dials. I absolutely LOVE it. Not installed yet, but it definitely is heavy duty and is a very nice color. I will update my review after I get a chance to try it out. It is a energy star appliance. The down fall is the specs state it is 18.6" deep. The number one reason I wanted the oven, because it would fit the baking pans I already own. But the inside is really 16.5", because in the back of the oven the convection fan is built out about 1.5" inches, so the oven racks are actually 16" wide. I ultimately brought the stove inside myself, only to discover it was missing the gas regulator. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, support gave me the runaround on live chat.
