I bought this washing machine in december of 2025 from a retailer and I really don't like it. It does not clean well, I have pets and pet hair stays on my clothes. I've tried many washing combinations, still not satisfied. Even the dryer doesn't work well. The sensor is not doing its job properly, it stops even if the clothes are still damp.. Lilie20. This the worst washer I have ever owned. So noisy. Does not spin as well as my old one that was 25 years old. Fabric softener spots on my dark clothes. No option for a deep rinse/fill for colours.
