This thing took FOREVER to arrive, but we knew that would be the case. It delayed home construction - the pandemic and supply chain issues to blame. Wayfair was generally ok with communication, definitely friendly, they just didn't have much info. ANYWAY - the range is beautiful. Our new range was just delivered and installed. The burners will not auto ignite. We have been without a range that has a working oven for several months so the new unit is a welcome pleasure. Th ZLINE dual-fuel 48" range is a stunning addition to our kitchen and definitely stands out as the focal point. The blue matte door looks great, and overall build quality feels solid. The cooktop is spacious with plenty of burners, which makes it easy for two people to cook at the same time without getting in each other’s way. Performance is strong, but there are a few things to be aware of. Both ovens tend to run hot, so you’ll likely need to adjust your temperatures a bit. The front knobs can also get very warm during use, and they’re sensitive enough that it’s easy to accidentally trigger the igniter if you lean against them while cooking. Flame adjustment on the burners can be a little finicky as well. The included griddle is a nice idea, but it’s quite heavy and a bit of a hassle to remove and clean, so it’s not something we use as often as expected. Overall, we really like it.
