Good delivery time. No damages. All necessary parts. 2-3 hrs to swamp my old one for this one. Works great! Big improvement from 300 to 600. CFM. It has upgraded its INX29 series ducted insert range hood to have better sustainability with reduced packaging and energy-efficient lighting. The exhaust fan arrived on time was very well packaged and with no damage. Assembly instructions were not detailed so I searched for a YouTube video. As I assembled the 6” ducting boot I seen that the two half circle flapper plates that go in the HVAC boot got stuck in the open position when the fan was turned on. Upon closer inspection I noted plastic moulding burrs along the spine that prevented free open and close movement of the flappers. For myself I fixed this easily by fully removing the burrs with some sand paper. However I suspect for novice or non technical people it could be a struggle to diagnose and to fix the problem. Additionally on the grills you must fully disassembled in order to fully remove all of the protective plastic film. If it wasn’t for these two minor issues it would be a 5 5 star rating. Got this for a new Reno to our kitchen…the quality seem very cheap and very thin sheet metal. The fan power seems decent but have not tested it out with our oven yet. The package arrived quickly didn’t look too damaged… Once we opened up and tested the product, everything seem to work great however, there are missing rivets and damaged parts where the exhaust hook up needs to be attached… So for this price, I am disappointed.
