Very disappointing experience — product description is misleading I purchased this changing table mattress because the product description stated that there were 12 different size options to choose from. However, there was no option during the ordering process to select a size or provide any additional details, and no one contacted me to confirm which size I needed. Before the order was shipped, I contacted customer support to clarify the size. I was then told that the mattress only comes in one standard size. I immediately asked to cancel the order, but I was refused because the item was already prepared for shipping. I was told to receive it and then return it. I followed their instructions and returned the item, but I was also charged a return fee. As a result, I lost money on a product I did not need because the information in the product listing was misleading. There are not 12 sizes to choose from, as stated in the description. If I had known that from the beginning, I would never have placed the order. Very frustrating experience, especially when you are preparing for a baby and already have enough things to worry about. I would not recommend this product or this seller unless the product description is corrected and the ordering process is made clear.

It perfectly fits the 18 x 36" cradle Grandpa made. I'm sure babies will love it.
