This helps me be able to sit on my bed and get dressed easily as my bed is just a little too high. Skid top keeps my feet from sliding. Light weight and easy to store under the bed.

I needed a little step up to get into my new bed, a deep pocket mattress, which raised my bed several inches. This work well. My only complaint is that the top, which is meant to be slip resistant, is very "knobby" on your bare feet. I actually put a small towel on top of it to provide a smoother surface.
