Merchandise was what I was looking for. A Christmas present for a small girl that had a difficult year. Both items were in stock and one was sent right away and got here a week and a week and a half before Christmas. The second package wasn't delivered till 3 days after Christmas. The customer service agent said it was waiting in a warehouse to be picked up. The estimated delivery date was the 17th of Dec. I know, an estimation...But no email or contact of any kind. It's just not acceptable. I'll go to etsy next time.
