Très déçu du produit

Excellent !

Very cute! Took me about two hours to put together by myself, but it was very easy!

It’s really pretty I bought it for my son and it’s perfect!!

The bed arrived missing all of the hardware to put it together. I was emailed that replacement prices would be mailed out 3 days ago. Then no response. Today is day 6 and I get an email stating that replacement parts are not available and they can refund me $15 to go out to buy the hardware myself. I received this email at 1 am on a Saturday so I will not hear back from anyone until Monday. My special needs foster child has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor. I emphasized that I needed help in a timely matter because of this and have been left extremely disappointed. Since it is Saturday I tried to initiate a return online and I will be charge $40 to ship an item back that I wanted but the manufacturer is unable to help me with.
