Our bed came with scratches, dents, and paint issues. We contacted Wayfair support and initially were told we’d receive a full refund - great! But a week later, we were sent 50… Since then, I’ve been unable to get the issue resolved. We went from appreciating great customer support to receiving a fraction of the promised refund with 0 explanation, and now are unable to talk to someone to have the problem resolved. We will no longer be using Wayfair until they make this right.
