My son loves his new bunkbed! We are expecting another little one so it will be a perfect bed for when our second is older since our 2nd bedroom is a bit small.

The bed is not packed well. The unit comes in about 30–35 pieces, each separated by a thin plastic sleeve and placed in a box that’s far too delicate to stay intact during shipping. My unit arrived partially damaged, with the wood banged up and all the hardware missing—not a single screw or bolt included. Wayfair has asked the supplier to send me the missing hardware, which means I have to wait another week before the bunk bed can even be assembled—assuming the replacement parts don’t arrive damaged again. In short, don’t risk ordering this bed. The supplier cut corners on packaging, so there’s a good chance it’ll arrive damaged, and possibly without the necessary hardware. Wayfair offered me 10% off my next order—no thanks. It’s clear that Wayfair either doesn’t care or doesn’t know how their suppliers manufacture and package their products.
