Just opened the box and started putting together the bed. Damaged parts!! Looks terrible! Marked all over the front of the bed and chips throughout the wood.

Do not buy this bed!! It is so cheap and unsteady. The paint smells awful and is very poorly painted. Some of the wood has cracks. I’ve contacted customer service several times. I had to pay to have this built. I will need to pay someone to take it apart. I don’t have the boxes and I am expected to take all this to a shilling store for return. Instead of them sending someone to take it apart and take it back. Offered no credit or refund for the $ I’ve spent to have this built, forget the fact that it’s not worth the over $600 with taxes and shipping cost. So disappointed in wayfair. I am a LONg time customer and have never been this disappointed with a product or service.

A pain to build because the hardware is not properly labeled- but once we got that squared away, it turned out amazing. My kids loved it! Tip label all the hardware before you begin. There is a slight difference in screw size that makes a big impact in the build. Read all the instructions before you start building. We took the roof build out of order because it was easier to line the two panels up first before attaching the braces.

The bed is very cute and looks like the picture, but the directions/labels were not great for putting it together. It is also wobbly when my 4 year old uses the top bunk, so I wouldn't feel comfortable letting anyone bigger on top.
